Here’s roughly how we expect the day to go. There will be plenty of time throughout to relax, chat, eat, drink and generally enjoy.

• 14:00: Ceremony
• 14:30: Drinks and snacks, photos
• 16:30: Dinner
• 17:30: Speeches, cake cutting
• 18:30: Ice cream
• 19:30 onwards: Dance floor open
• 21:00: Evening snacks
• 00:00: Venue closing time
