Location

Our wedding will be at Storey’s Field Centre in Eddington, just north of the centre of Cambridge.

It is around 15 minutes drive from the centre of Cambridge, 20 minutes from the train station.

Parking

There is no parking at the venue! The nearest car park is Madingley Road Park and Ride, around 7 minutes walk from the venue. Although it’s a Park and Ride Car Park, you won’t need to take a bus - you can just walk to the venue from the car park.

The Park & Ride Car Park is free for up to 18 hours, after this the current prices are:

  • 18 - 24 hours £10
  • 24 - 48 hours £20
  • 48 - 72 hours £30

Trains

Cambridge and Cambridge North railway stations are about the same distance from the venue (about 3-4 miles). Cambridge North has an NCP car park, there’s little parking at the main Cambridge station. From either station a taxi to the venue will be about £10-£15.

Taxis

Cambridge has plenty of Ubers and the occasional Bolt, alternatives are Veezu and CamCab.

A taxi from the centre of Cambridge to the venue will usually be about £10.

Buses

The venue is directly on the U bus route at the Eddington Sainsburys stop, this route also goes to the main Cambridge railway station (20 mins) and the city centre (15 mins). Buses don’t run after 10pm.

Airports

Cambridge is very easy to get to from Stansted airport, around 30-40 minutes by direct train.

From Gatwick there is also a direct train, it takes around two hours.

From Heathrow there is no direct train but there is a coach, which takes just over two hours.
