Our wedding will be at Storey’s Field Centre in Eddington, just north of the centre of Cambridge.

It is around 15 minutes drive from the centre of Cambridge, 20 minutes from the train station.
Travel and Parking
Please be aware that there is no parking at the venue! The nearest car park is Madingley Road Park and Ride, around 7 minutes walk from the venue.

Accommodation
There is lots of reasonably priced accommodation nearby, including directly across the road from the venue. See the link below for more info.
Schedule
The ceremony is scheduled to start at 2pm, please aim to arrive around 1:30pm. The venue closes at midnight.
Food and Drinks
We will provide afternoon snacks, a full meal at around 4:30pm and evening snacks.
Wine and soft drinks will be provided by us throughout the day and there will be a full bar where you can purchase other drinks.
Dress Code
Smart-casual - there’s no strict dress code – just come in something you feel good in.
The wedding will be entirely indoors but we might take a few photos outside if it isn’t too rainy. If you’re bringing kids there’s an outdoor playground next door so you might want warm and puddle-friendly clothes for that. We’ll have some kind of storage for coats etc. Please remember that it might be a few minutes walk from your car if you’re driving.
Gifts
No gifts are needed, we’re very happy just to see you. If you’d prefer to give us something, we’d be very grateful for a contribution towards our honeymoon here or on the day. We also have a small registry at John Lewis here. Or, if you’d prefer to give us something else entirely, that’s great too!
Kids
Any kids we’ve invited are very welcome and we’d love to see them! We will have some small games and activities available. However, it will be primarily an adult event so there will be alcohol present and unfettered access to sugar, please bear this in mind.
We’re hoping to hire a babysitter to set up a kids rest and movie area in a side room during the late evening, but this depends on how many kids can attend, so is to be confirmed.
Friday night
If you are around in Cambridge in the evening on Fri Dec 4th, we have booked some space in The Castle Inn pub, (38 Castle Street, Cambridge, CB3 0AJ) and plan to be there from around 7pm - 9pm. We’d love to see anyone who can make it. There is food available to buy, or pop in just for a drink. There’s a public car park a few minutes away from the pub, the Shire Hall Pay and Display.
Important: There is another pub in Cambridge called the Castle Bar, on St Andrews Street - don’t go there! We’ll be in the Castle Inn, on Castle Street.
Accessibility
The venue is all on one level and accessible throughout. There are three disabled parking spaces available. If there is anything else that would be helpful for you, please let us know on your RSVP.
